The Ethical Decision-Making Framework (EDMF) was developed by the PMI Ethics Member Advisory Group (EMAG) with the assistance of a recognized ethics expert and input from the project management community, and serves as a companion to the existing PMI Code of Ethics and Professional Conduct.
